Bank connections run through a licensed open-banking provider. You sign in directly with your bank, your credentials never touch our servers.
A linked bank account can only be read, never debited. No one, not us, not anyone with your account, can move money out of your bank through Automonie. Disconnect any time.
Every request is protected with 256-bit TLS encryption. Passwords are stored only as one-way salted hashes, they can't be read or recovered, even by us.
Add two-step email verification, plus a PIN or fingerprint lock on Android, so your finances stay private even if someone else picks up your phone.
No advertisers, no data brokers. Your financial information is used to run the app for you, nothing else. You can export or delete it whenever you want.

Any Nigerian bank statement exported as CSV, Excel, or a digital (text) PDF. Scanned image PDFs aren't supported.
Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and you can enable email two-step verification. Card details are never stored in full.

The core budgeting, importing and goal-tracking features are free. In future we'll offer an optional paid plan with advanced features, and we earn small margins on services you actively choose to use, like paying a bill or buying airtime in the app. We never sell your data.
Yes. You can delete your account and its data at any time from the app, and disconnect a linked bank account instantly. You can also export your transactions. See the Privacy Policy for your full rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act.
No. Linked bank accounts are strictly read-only, we can see transactions to keep your records current, and nothing more. Money only moves when you explicitly initiate it from your Automonie wallet.
